Scott came on staff with FCA in 2015 after 36 years in the public school system as a teacher, coach, athletic administrator, and campus FCA huddle coach. Those experiences have served him well in ministering to coaches and developing campus huddles in the Greater Peoria Area. Scott and his wife Teresa live in Mackinaw, are parents of 3 married children, and became new grandparents in the past year. They enjoy long walks, going to games, and traveling to see their kids.

Dan Pearson joined the FCA team in 2011 after 29 years as a television sports anchor and reporter. Dan and his wife, Gina, live in Geneseo, Illinois. They have two grown daughters who were both involved in FCA throughout their high school days. The Pearsons love spending time with their family and enjoy their role as grandparents.
Lesley Banister

Lesley joined the FCA staff in 2019. She has served as a math teacher in area schools as well as worked in office settings as customer service representative, secretary, and office manager. The skill set and attention to details makes her a great fit for the administrative duties of Fellowship of Christian Athletes in the local ministries of NW IL. Lesley and her husband, Greg, live in Geneseo and have 3 children who are now out of high school.

Kevin joined the FCA staff in January 2024.
Kevin is married to his wife, Rachel, and they have three children. He grew up participating in various sports but focused on football, hockey, and baseball during high school. He played football in college and continues to play hocket in an adult league. He is passionate about helping people discover their God-given potential and pursuing the path that God has for them.
