Scott came on staff with FCA in 2015 after 36 years in the public school system as a teacher, coach, athletic administrator, and campus FCA huddle coach. Those experiences have served him well in ministering to coaches and developing campus huddles in the Greater Peoria Area. Scott and his wife Teresa live in Mackinaw, are parents of 3 married children, and became new grandparents in the past year. They enjoy long walks, going to games, and traveling to see their kids.

Dan Pearson joined the FCA team in 2011 after 29 years as a television sports anchor and reporter. Dan and his wife, Gina, live in Geneseo, Illinois. They have two grown daughters who were both involved in FCA throughout their high school days. The Pearsons love spending time with their family and enjoy their role as grandparents.

Mary and her husband Trent are blessed to have 5 children who love Jesus and love sports, so working for FCA was a natural transition for her. She was a mutli-sport athlete in highschool and is enjoying the chance to coach middle school volleyball. Her family has been greatly impacted by godly coaches who have poured into her children, and she is passionate about reaching athletes and coaches for Jesus Christ!
